  • Adding ranch powder seasoning and chili powder adds spice and zing to ur food- very easy as u can use it to marinade before cooking and add to protein as ur cooking it.
  • Yeah my husband eats it a lot, he really likes it as it is a lot thicker, and tastes better according to him. I have not tried it yet......as I go over my protein! you can get it from walmart in small containers. Good luck...hope this helps some?
