It depends on intensity. If you lift "heavy", be sure to get your protein daily and give it around 3 days for your muscles to repair.

Thanks so much for the advice. Heres a pro tip for all of you: Avoid watermelon too, you swallow one of those seeds you are practically getting yourself impregnated by a fruit. If you do happen to accidentally ingest a seed, smoke a few cigarettes

Look close at the weight loss pills...most say you will lose weight taking them with proper exercise and diet....well doing that without them will also make you lose weight. Take regular supplements like multivitamins and fish oil, that's the only pills i'd reccomend.

I used to play ddr all the time way back in the day. Awesome exercise! I think I was the best 300+ pound ddr-er ever. I played with two mats at once lol.

Yep, excess protein will cause weight gain. I read if you are trying to build muscle for bodybuilding and whatnot you are supposed to get your body weight in protein along with quite a bit of lifting. But unless thats not the case you just need about half your body weight in protein for some pretty standard muscle gain.

I would like to see some kind of notifications that tell you when friends comment on your stuff when you log in, not having to receive them by email. I can live without it, but it'd be a lot more easier and I wouldnt be so late replying back to people sometimes on comments.

Leg press is one of my faves! My legs are my strongest muscles...not tryin to toot my own horn but I can press about 800lbs. Also, my "gym" don't have a squat rack, just those gowdamn smith machines, so I love using the leg press an alternative, since I don't wanna destroy my back on the smith machine.

I believe its more like Muscle is more dense than fat. Like putting a pound of jello versus a pound of rock. It weighs the same, but muscle takes less space. This was always what I thought.

Im not one of those cheese and wine type snobs. So I get by on Kraft Singles just fine. One type of cheese I absolutely refuse though is imitation cheese, the kind that wont even melt and has plastic texture. Absolutely disgusting. How does anyone even buy that?

I just go off of the basic knowledge I know about food. Here is a fun way to think of it: If you eat unclean you will die, if you eat clean you will die! NO WAY OUT no matter what road ya take, except maybe give or take a couple of years depending on how clean or unclean you eat lol. Thats my simple view on it haha

I want to look good, but really only for me. Id really hate drawing in too much attention...it's not my thing. I like keeping to myself. So it's kind of a struggle. Let's just hope I continue to stay as ugly as I am even after the weight comes off!

I hate that sound of people eating too. Especially people who mouth breathe while they eat. Also anytime I have macaroni and cheese I just wanna whip it across the room for how f*cking annoying and gross the sound that comes out of it is.
