water aerobics and any stretching workouts, especially Pilates. I would say a good 90% of my exercise is water aerobics and I have been losing steadily. My orthopedic says the tread mill or any high impact activities are not good for it and prefers I stick with the water aerobics and pilates.

This! I once bought pre-packaged apples from wawa and they had no taste whatsoever. I guess its whatever they treat them with to prevent browning. Either way it's still no justification to feed a kids a hamburger or chicken nugget that half filled with fillers and fake food.

Yes. It helps me analyze and think about what I am eating. It also serves as a concrete example of the impact of exercise along with a healthy eating pattern. You still have to put in the work and eat proper food, recording the food is just a tool.

i didn't like all the artificial dyes in Gatorade so I switched to coconut water. I like to drink 6 oz of Naked coconut water and 1 or 2 oz of cranberry or pomegranate juice if I feel like I need the electrolyte boost. Knudson's or POM are my juices of choice.

I don't put non food additives in my water, but I will add fruit, cucumber, mint leaves and even fresh ginger. I will also allow myself some fresh juice on occasion, preferably homemade. Most days I like it, but some days I just do it because it's good for me.
