She sounds depressed to me. I understand your frustration. I've been on both sides of it. Her side, your side. It is one big ball of frustration and resentment. What I've learned: It doesn't matter. If the house isn't cleaned, don't clean it. Tell her you'd like to just relax after the baby is down. Cook together. Don't…

I do that too...just pick up before he gets home. However, on his days off and I'm at work, I come home to a mess. Yea. So now I just say "eff it" and don't bother. I work too.

I'd press it. Or maybe she doesn't understand she's a housewife...not just a SAHM. But again, this isn't forever. Kids grow. But I do think she's harboring some resentment. You get to go to work and leave the house, REGARDLESS of how hard your job may be or annoying, that is what she sees. You get to leave. You leave all…

I think some people on this thread are not married and have no children. lol. I'd also like to see some people be treated the way they want this man to treat his wife. Dang.

How about just realizing that this isn't forever. That a messy house with a baby is normal. I'm sure you're not cleaning bathrooms EVERY DAY. Maybe she feels like a "kept woman". I am not sure. Just sounds to me like she's not happy at all. My husband got upset that the house was always a mess. We had a 7 month old and I…

Right? Wtf. This is a grown woman. If my husband wanted to treat me like a child, he'd have papers served. I'd say the wife is depressed...but according to these people, screw her! Just punish her. Yea, that will not work.

Death by 1000 cuts. Divorce wouldn't be about the chores, but the resentment behind it. People divorce for many reasons. Sex and money being the biggest "reasons" but I'd say it's the frustration and resentment behind those issues.

Have you stayed home alone with the baby all day by yourself? Ya. It sucks. And I don't know about her, but I am not a stay at home mom. The idea seems nice but as a teacher, i get summers off and they SUCK. I don't know how people do it. It's depressing for me. Maybe your wife is just very unhappy and doesn't want to say…

You're very rude. (the first commenter on here).

WOW! Well, that explains a lot. lmao.

Awww, keep living in ignorance ;)

Diet sodas are usually sweetened with aspartame which is a poison in the body. I was hooked to diet coke about 9 years ago. I had things like acne, bloating, jaw pain, etc. I quit diet soda (and ALL aspartame) and felt better in 3 days. Acne went away within the month. Drink water and have a real soda once in a while.

People need to learn some history. I'm outta here.

America is the most racist country in the world? Sources, please.
-
My thoughts are....LETS PUT THIS MUCH EFFORT INTO FIXING OUR COUNTRY. This is drama and only distracting us from true news.

If you are gluten intolerant (like myself) youll lose tons of bloat. I lost a belly that made me look 5 months pregnant. It was just from bloat! It went away without 4 days of quitting gluten.
-
I dont find it hard at all. I stopped eating the breads, found things I like without gluten and went from there. Feeling HEALTHY is worth it. When I have gluten I know it and it sucks (I am allergic to gluten). So it was very necessary for me.

There's this thing many people have called choice. Yea! I know! It shocked me too!! CHOICE!? I have CHOICE to buy something or NOT buy something? HOLY CRAP! Yea...that's right. We have choice. The people who buy this, well, god bless 'em. I would never eat that and I'm American. So...take your stereotypes and shove it.

These are all amazing :) Everyone looks at least 10 years younger. Great job, guys :D

You didn't ruin anything. This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change. If 90% of your eating is awesome, then 10% can suck. Just get back on it and start new tomorrow. A little flib in the journey won't affect your outcome.

I have kids. I can't stand kids in restaurants after 8pm. If my kids and I go out, it's around 5 or 6. People don't want to hear my 4 year old being 4 (even though she's learning manners). When I go out on dates with my husband, I like it to be as childfree as possible. But that wasn't what the topic was about lolllll

Thanks :) I stay at about 1400 calories a day...sometimes 1500. Once i can do more active shet, it will be better. And yea. i did lose a TON of weight easily a few years back....was down to my goal. Then....health issues. It's hard to fight hormones that WANT you to gain weight. omg. I gained 30 pounds in a few months with…

1. Because we're out and they dont get that food at home. We go out maybe once a month? It will hardly hurt them. 2. Many places don't offer healthy options. You'd be surprised with the crap they offer for the kids' menu. I stopped going to places who really haven't gotten their kids menu together. Although, some chicken…

I love my FB. I have 30 friends. haha...1/2 are family that I rarely talk to but we share pictures. I have had the page for 9 years and never had any drama with it ever. It's how I chat with my other mommy friends during the days and evenings.

Can't see pic but congrats!

Excellent job :D I've nursed 2 babies and never lost ANYTHING while nursing. It's not most moms, just SOME who lose while nursing.
