Hi fellow Runner 5's! I love this app and have been with it since the beginning. So cool that people are still discovering it :)
-
If anyone wants to add me my code is 4109 8411 8718. I usually play it while running and listening to Zombies run or Abel radio. I send gifts too :)
-
There's quite a few people around here that play zombies run and there is a group but it's not very active. I love the game, it's definitely got me moving and is the only thing that motivates me to run  I've just started season 4 but have been playing it off and on since early 2013.

I love this app! I've been playing it for over 3 and a half years and still love it  always good to meet others who love zombies, run! For those interested but not yet aware there is a large community on Facebook dedicated to this app. @itsmemaringle there's no easy setting but you can go at whatever speed you like.…

Go do it! You will feel so much better after its done
-
Ah thanks  I will check that out

I did not call the numbers as I'm in Aus and couldn't be bothered figuring out a free way to do so. Sounds like a lot of people had similar trouble with the shirt, luckily mine fits although it is kind of short. I've run the mission and it is awesome! The audio cuts in on your music at every km but you won't care because…

Those 2 training missions were pretty exciting, I know I jumped at the zom sounds in the 2nd mission but I always get more jumpy when running in the rain. And no I haven't got my race packet yet. I'm in Australia and last year it didn't arrive until 4days after the race week started. Hoping this year it will get here…

There are definitely no spoilers for the main games plot. Zombies 5k is set very early on in season 1, like between mission one and two so you won't get any spoilers. And it is designed for beginners so no problems there either. You get a little more background information about some of the characters but there's not…

Yep I'm so excited for it. I did the last one too which was awesome!

I started it as a complete beginner to weights and lifting and I really enjoyed it. I didn't follow the nutrition in the book but ate at a very small deficit during the program (was eating between 1900 and 2200 calories) and lost 9kg (18ish pounds) and a lot of inches by the end of the program. It definitely improved my…

I love this game so much, I've just finished season 2. I swear it's the only reason I run :)
-
Homemade sausage rolls (not exactly healthy but very tasty)
-
Tonight we had vegetable fried rice (with egg and lots of veggies) and a piece of steak
-
I aim to lose very slowly but my diary is open if you want to take a look
-
Congrats on the loss so far! keep up the good work  what you're doing is obviously working
-
I'm also from Australia and use calories because it seems to be the most commonly used and the conversion to kilojoules is easy. I use kg but can convert to pounds easy, stones is more challenging but doable however miles, feet and inches are beyond me
-
I also lift :)
-
My diary is open and I log daily, feel free to add me. But I must warn you I love food :)
-
No gym for me either :) you are not alone
-
23
-
In the cupboard :) it must be spreadable at all times

I just created a recipe with black tea and a little of my usual milk and just use that every time I log my tea. I figure the actual amounts of milk will even out so I don't have to actually measure every cup of tea I consume. This works well for me.

A small bucket of buttery movie popcorn while watching the new Mad Max film. ( I rarely go to the movies so this was a real treat)
