I also did the zombies,run! 5K training version and I had great success with it. Yes OP zombies 5k training app is as good as a normal c25k app. It's set between mission one and two of the main game and really motivated me to start running and continue running which the regular app just couldn't do. But then I am obsessed with zombies and am right now eating a gingerbread zombie :)

Hi! Fellow geek here :) feel free to add me. Have you looked into the zombies run 5k training app? I used that before starting the main game and its so worth it.

Biggest threats are probably tiger snakes and magpies. The snakes live in a creek I have to cross several times each run and most Aussies will confirm the danger of magpie attacks at a certain time of the year, it's never fun being chased by angry birds.

I just got the fitbit zip and have to admit it is pretty awesome. Very easy to use and seeing all my activity throughout the day in graphs is cool.
