  • I would say it depends on what you want. Yoga WILL tone your muscles, to a point. If you are happy with that, and like others said, GO FOR IT! You are lifting your own body weight, which quite honestly, many people can't do even after years of practicing yoga, so it does take more time and patience than weight training.…
