  • I love the broccoli w/ cheese and the cauliflower w/ cheese. I keep them in the freezer at home all the time. They are great to take to work for lunch to go with leftover chicken, turkey, etc. I think they make a great snack, especially if you are like me and don't always have time to prepare fresh veggies in the morning.

  • I use Syntrax Matrix. It's the only one I've ever tried. It was suggested to me by someone on these forums. I got the strawberry, and I mix it with skim milk and frozen strawberries, bananas, etc. It makes a good little smoothie. I haven't used it with anything else, though.
