I think I will go with that cause I eat when I am hungry sometimes I am sometimes I am not I function quite well on no breakfast and maybe a mid morning snack I am going to try that :)

6 to 8 egg whites wow that is alot of eggs and I am not a oatmeal eater unless its cookies :smile:

Toast, Boiled eggs, Breakfast bars, Grapefruit I had the best luck with the grape fruit so far but I did not eat it till like 9:00 so I have been moving for 3 hours already around 8:00 is what time I usually try and eat.

I knew I was hooked when I set here at work everyday logging in as much as possible just to see what everyone else is doing and its only been 41 days for me but not missed one yet even with the flu

That is so darn awsome way to go you should feel very proud of yourself that just gave me the motivation to get on my bike and take it for a spin today even though I don't want to.... :-)

Fitbit will not track work outs it only tracks walking and running ect and how active you are if you are doing your day to day say cleaning like dishes cooking ect you would not log but if say you went and scraped wallpaper, Mopped stuff like that that you still get a heack of work out but not really walking or running you…
