I just recently bumped my calories to 1350 from being at 1200 for months. I honestly feel a lot better. I have not stepped on the scale (and don't plan to for another couple weeks), but I am hoping for the best results. Besides, when I was 1200, I would constantly snack on random stuff and not log, thinking it would be…
