I signed up for Noom, and soon as I saw that I could only eat 300 calories of red meat a day... I left. I just can't stick to 1200 for myself. It seems too low. :(

Wow. This was so helpful! I am currently going through the same thing, and am completely clueless and scared. I got blood work done about a week ago, but won't get results until my next appointment. Hell to the no. I did start off this way, being sedentary and moderately active... I lost a few noticeable pounds. But then it just stopped, and I binged. I was cranky all the time and super tired. 1,200 is way too low for me, and for most.

It is very rare when I get hit on at the gym. One of the few occasions, this guy was like "Hey what's up girl. You mind if I ask for your number?". I got nervous and said "I have a boyfriend", which I do. To which he replies, "It's mind of matter baby. I don't mind, he don't matter!" I died. :laugh: :sick:
