  • I started in Feb 2013 at 340. I have lost 60 since then. and I am still working at it.
  • I drink it for like a week on and then a week off, I cook with ACV all the time too. I statred doing a table spoon in the morning. and then a table spoon with a bit of honey and cayanne pepper. it seems to help a little. to make me feel less hungry, anyway. good luck

  • just an update , I tried quinoa, cooked in Almond Milk. with cinnamon, and what ever fruits you would like, I used cranberries and Peaches. I hadded a little honey for a bit of sweetness. it was so good. very hearty breakfast. thanks again for all of the suggestions, I will be sure to try all of the great ideas offered.
