  • How about eating veggies raw? A great source of fiber with a satisfying "chewiness". I love raw carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, olives, etc. You can buy them already cut up and ready to go in the produce section of the grocery store.

I think this will be a great way to keep track fo my eating habits as well as encourage me to exercise. I really hate to sweat, so this isn't a problem walking outdoors…
  • I've found that I never lose weight when I have the flu ... a real bummer when you don't really EAT anything! The most important thing is not to get dehydrated, so try, try, try to drink some fluid. Boullion sometimes stays down or just water - not cold - warm absorbs better.
