Feel free to add me. I'm from Manchester and currently on week 3 of insanity, looking to lose a further 31Ibs by Christmas.

I'm currently on week 2 day 5, feel free to add me.

Started month two yesterday and have lost 7.2Ibs so far, I'll measure myself at the end of the programme but can certainly notice the difference. I'm finding month two is much tougher but it'll be worth it in the long run.

Are you eating back your exercise calories?

I'll be starting in 6 weeks, currently on week 4 of the normal Insanity routine.

Hi.. I'm 24 and from Manchester. Looking to lose around two stone in the next 6-8 months by eating healthily and exercising at least five times a week. My initial plan is to start Focus T25 on Monday, maybe sooner if this cold clears up. Feel free to add me.

Feel free to add me, looking to lose another 35Ibs. Looking for some people to keep me motivated so I pick up my old bad habits having gained 10Ibs after losing 31.

Drink bottled water.

I'm from Manchester and have lost 17ibs in total so far. Most of that has been thanks to insanity. Feel free to add me.

Isn't the first 21 minutes pretty much the warm up, the stretch and then the first set directly after stretching on plyo? When I first did it I went at my own pace and took extra breaks when needed. If you need an extra 30-60 seconds rest after a set then just take it and continue if you can. You will certainly make…

Most of them also seem to think Britain is a country. Don't even get me started on they're misconceptions of our likes (no we don't all eat crumpets, drink tea and deny the brushing of our teeth) and war.

Finished week 3 today, feel free to add me also.

Why don't you try eating a lot of unhealthy foods without exercising. Maybe that would work for you? You've lost 17ibs in 2 months. It isn't a sprint.

I suppose i 'm going through something similar. I put on weight during my time at uni due to bad habbits and excessive drinking without doing enough exercise. If your results on the scale make you unhappy, then i'd use that as all the motivation you need to get yourself back where you want to be.

Just completed week 2 day 4. Going well so far, looking forward to my fitness test next week to see if i've made any improvements.

Sounds like you've asked a question and ignored any answers you don't agree with to be honest. Look at it this way, im currently allowed 1760 calories per day. If i stick to this whilst eating the correct foods i will lose around 2Ibs per week until i need to re-adjust the calculator. This is without exercise. Using your…

Pack a bag and run as far away from Walsall as possible. You will lose 14Ibs in no time. On a serious note the post above is a good one.

Are you eating enough? I'm no expert and in a completely different situation but looking at your diary for the past week you've only just gone above 1200 calories twice. Is that not the minimum amount needed for the body to function? I'm not surprised your thinking about food.

My rest day today :).

I'm from Manchester, technically looking to lose around 4-5 stone but started Insanity last week so looking to lose some inches for now. Feel free to add.

Drinking beer 2-4 times a week for the past 4 years since turning 18/ going to uni without doing the required exercise to balance it out. My eating habbits aren't that bad in all honesty so hopefully by reducing the amount of times i go out drinking and increasing my exercise, i should be ok.

Just completed my first week and was able to really put in 100% tonight. Still breathing heavy 30 minutes later :).

I completed day 5 this morning. I was sore yesterday but the cardio recovery seemed to really help and i woke up today feeling much better.

I'm starting this on Monday.
