i do a lot of compound lifts and tire flips, but definitely not targeted enough to get arippling six pack. not that thats what im going for.

Leangains.com has a great article on this. While you are drinking your body will prioritize the alcohol, which cannot be stored as weight, but will store any excess glucose.... therefore, do not drink and carb.

abs are a muscle too, you weigh what i do and youre a man.... you might want to try building them. lots of weighted ab exercise.

It is extremely difficult for even a man on a very high cal diet to put on two pounds of muscle a month. 10# for a woman isn't even feasable (I wish), but ten pounds of water weight is slightly possible.
