  • Continue on your path......and try to get closer to your goals in the future. You don't want to eat back calories, because that will put you over the day you do. Just like if you over do it a day, don't stress. Start back the next day. Consistency is key!!

  • Yes definately normal. I blow up like a balloon during that time from water retention. I always drop it back down the next week. I don't even log that weight. I wait until I know it's back to "true". Don't stress over the TOM! It's already bad enough!!! :)
  • Ditto! The bad part is, I lost a ton of weight a year and a half ago, and I put it all back on plus 30! I am disgusted as well, but this is the first step. Keep trucking along and the goal will be closer with every step!
