I started at 172.8, down to 158.8. My goal is at least 150, but I'm thinking more 145ish.

I weigh myself every morning before i eat or drink anything. Doing this just puts me into the right mindset for the day. To each their own. I think once I get down to my goal weight I'll lay off of it.

I agree I think counting calories is key. When it comes to a gym vs 'naturalyou exercises' its up to you. I wasn't losing weight with the gym because I hated it. I stopped going, started doing something I liked and started losing weight.

She's talking about hard boiled eggs, not chocolate. So the food bank won't take them, they'll spoil, and no one is going to make cakes out of them. Hard boiled eggs are healthy, so yes I have the calories for them. I just eat them plain, or make egg salad. Sometimes then go on top of the salads.

Alrighty, just updating for myself since today is April 1st. SW:172.8 CW:161 GW for April 155 (-6lbs) UGW: 140-145 Check in dates: 4/5 4/12 4/19 4/26 4/30 I plan on achieving this by logging everything I eat, giving up eating out for the whole month, jm30ds (actually finishing it this time), and jogging 3x/week.

I personally wouldn't jog with my 16 month old in a regular stroller. The wheels on a jogging stroller are meant to go over every little thing, and it's made to cradle the child as he'll be moving and bouncing much more than going for a walk. Mine are to lost 22 lbs, to hit 150... 3 lbs less than I weighed my jr year of high school. I've always been overweight. To be able to comfortably wear shorts without my thighs rubbing together. To eventually hit 140lbs and feel comfortable in my own skin.

I always thought that too. I tried to lose weight @1200/day and exercising, didn't drop anything. Bumped my calories up and started losing weight, even without really exercising.

I stopped tracking my sugars. I'm a huge fruit eater, which contains tons of natural sugars. If I don't eat any fruit for the day my sugar is under. I figure if I'm getting my sugar from good food, I'm obsessed with pineapple, screw it. Just try to stay away from sugar in candy and cakes.
