Weekend failure...
No matter how hard I try I can do great Mon-Fri, then the weekend comes and it's all downhill. My hubby stops at BK, I don't work out, go out and have a drink. These habits seem to be so hard to kick. How do you guys stick with everything, even on the weekends when you're always on the go on those days?
