  • I have this proplem too and frankly is sucks. I go on average once, maybe twice a week, sometimes not at all. And then BAM, I'll go 4-5 times in a day. It's embarassing really. It definately plays a toll on my weight loss too. The adding extra fiber hasn't helped me at all either.
  • I think 150 is perfectly fine. I am 5'2.75" started at 172, currently at 164. My initial goal weight is 150 lbs, however I think 145 sounds so much better. So I'm going to 150 and then from there going on. According to BMI I would still technically be overweight, but I don't care. Make a goal, whether it be 200, 175, or…
  • I eat about 1400 calories a day. I do usually eat back my calories. Sometimes I eat very few of them, others I eat all of them. I'm worried that MFP is way overestimating how many caloires I burn. I'm going out this weekend and getting a heart rate monitor to help with that though. I have last 8 lbs in 3.5 weeks.
  • I'm in. Hoping this will give me some motivation. I just started to get back on track this past week, February 20 to be exact.. Here's to hoping March gets me ready from spring, which will prep me for summer!! SW: (Starting weight) 172.8 CW: (Current weight) 168.8 GW: (Goal weight for the month) -5lbs; 163.8 Weigh in…
  • Sexy lingerie that I feel comfortable in. A new swimsuit. Possibly a tattoo. To finally stop shopping off of the clearence racks because I'm worried if I spend $30 on a new top it won't fit in the next few weeks.
  • I just plan to eat what I want when I want and just stick with better portions. If I go over, I better work my *kitten* off harder tomorrow.
  • I drink it, that's what I do with it. If I go over, I go over. I'm 23 and like to have fun. I only go out every few months though. I'm going out next Saturday and know I will go over in calories because I can't go out on an empty stomach and will have quite a few drinks. It seems as though you don't really enjoy your…
  • I'll send you a request. I'm a mommy to one very rambunctious 15 months old boy. I'm back at my pre pregnancy weight of course, but wasn't happy at it then or now. I'm on a mission to lose 23-28 lbs in total. I have 15-20 more to go.

  • oh those side lunges with the arm curl... i find myself telling Jillian she's killing me every single time i do them! The push-ups come in a close second though. I wasn't able to even do any of the basic at the begining, yesterday I cranked out 10 beginer ones though. It was a proud moment.
  • Some how there ended up being 8 boxes of girl scout cookies in my house. Needless to say 6 our of the 8 are gone. Surprisingly I had 2 servings of thin mints, over a weeks span, and 1.5 samos which after I ate said "they just don't taste the same" and put the box back. Last year I would have eaten the entire thin mint box…
  • Completely up to you. If you're ok with it, then it's fine. I personally weigh myself every morning because it puts me in the right mindset for the day. If I see that it goes down I think yes, I can do this, if it goes up I think, man that donut really wasn't worth it, lol. Do what feels best for you.
  • I was eating 1200/ day and just no losing and not losing. I bumped it up to about 1400 and the weight is not starting to disappear.
  • It depends on my moon ad stomach. Typically I eat some of them back. I typically don't eat them all bad, but it's not usual that I don't eat any of them back. I'm not going to eat and eat if I'm truly not hungry. Most people will tell you to eat them all back though.
  • Lol I feel ya. I laugh about that whole everyone laughing at you measuring your food. It happens in my house too, don't feel bad. 22lbs is a great loss. Just think about how great you'll feel when the next 22 come off and your goal is so close you can taste it. Keep pushing and remember this is for you, not them. They'll…
  • I weigh myself every single morning, after I go to the bathroom. I weigh myself naked since I'm not wearing the same thing all the time. Since I've started I haven't really seen any fluctuation, the numbers just seem to be going down, even if only by an oz or two. Some days it stays the same, and ones in a while yes it…
  • First off Congrats for coming on over, second I feel ya. My hubby doesn't work out and my one year old is a real handful anymore. Welcome, I think in a sense we're all in it alone, but here we have tons of people to motivate and support. Anyone is welcome to add me as a friend.
  • Woah mama looking good. I love seeing pics off women similar to me with results. Pushed the brownie outta my mind knowing I could look like this.
  • I just started today too. Its rough.
  • You tell him this is for you and tell.him its what you feel best.
  • Hi, anyone is welcome to add me. I'm 23, married, and a mommy to one. I've always been on the heavier side, but 2 weeks ago decided that today is the day. I know I haven't been on it long, but I need the motivation just as you do. I have probably a good 30 lbs to lose in total.
  • Realizing that this summer my baby boy is big enough to run around and be really active. Knowing that I want him to have positive role modles in his life and want him to play outside. So many kids these days sit in front of their (put any expensive electronical device here) and just waste away.
  • OK...idk where you live, BUT I cannot buy chicken that cheap anywhere around here. To get chicken breast around here I'm spending more the the $6.something the entire bundle cost!. For someone who just started buying more fresh fruits and veggies along with more chicken, my grocery bill has increased by at least $40 every…
  • I'm also 23, married, and have an amazing one year old son who is the center of our lives. Im 167 lbs looking to lose at least 17 lbs. Add me as a friend, it'd be nice to have another young mommy looking to lose weight for support and motivation.
  • I'm fairly new here, and 23. I have 16-17 lbs before I hit my first goal. Anyone is welcome to add me as a friend for support.
  • My current weight is 167, started at 173 which I believe was my heaviest aside from pregnancy. My first goal is 150, from there 145that and so forth. I don't have a set number I'd like to hit. If I find myself happy at 150 so be it, if it's not until I hit 125 that's fine with me too.
  • I'll be starting the 30DSone tomorrow. Would love some mfp support since I always give up.
  • I've only lost 6 lbs so far, and have about 15 more to go. While I completely understand that I would probably lose much more weight a lot faster by eating a lot more fruits and veggies, I'm trying to do it in a way I know I can successfully lose weight. If I tell myself I am never allowed to eat out with my husband and…
  • I weigh myself every single morning. I know it may seem a little obsessive, but it gets my day off to the right foot. It lets me know if I'm doing good, or if that donut i snuck last night that put me over my 400 calories was really worth it. I like to see the scare go up and down, even by just a few ounces to see how I'm…
  • I'm up for it. I always go for like 3-4 days and then give up. Maybe this will help me.
