Hmmmm.... I must be a freak of nature because I eat at least one egg almost every day and I've lost 18 lbs in just over 2 months. Can you please tell me what's wrong with me? :huh:

I'm not exactly in the same boat, I'm 23 with 30-40 lbs to lose, so far I've lost 18 of those. Feel free to send me a request. I'm on every day, log to the best of my ability and really try to motivate my friends, especially ones who are willing to motivate me back.

I'm pretty excited as well. I'm taking on some Zumba and spinning classes in May. I'm hoping for a big month. I think this challenge will help me even more!

This. Start out small, don't overboard. Try and find a daily make up style that you like. Mine is brown eye liner on my top lid, mascara, some cover up, a neutral blush, and a lip gloss. From there you can start experimenting.

I don't really care about sugar at all. I just eat the fruit that I want. I love fresh pineapple. I buy one once a week. Strawberries, bananas, apples, love those two with peanut butter for a yummy snack.

While sure it's burning calories I wouldn't consider it exercize. I also wouldn't log you're cleaning as exercize as it's you're daily routine. I would think that would be like logging walking up the steps to go to the bathroom. When you chose your activity level I would say that includes your cleaning.

Mine has never been low, my uh yeah. I feel so much more energized, so much more confident. And on gym days it's even worse. My husband doesn't seem to mind though, not at all. The only downside, we have a 17 month who doesn't at least 70% of the interupts it some how. It could be 3 in the morning and he'll randomly start…

Eat the banana. Its a good source of potassium and other nutrients. While a higher calorie fruit if you have room for it who cares.

Great thread. I'm 5'3". I started at 173, I'm currently 158. My goal is to hit at least 150. Ultimately I'm looking to hit the lower end of 140.

Realistically you should be able to lost 1 lb per week. Some weeks you can lose more some weeks less. This will put you at about 16 lbs if you start today and end in the first week of August. While it is possible to lose 30 lbs in 4 months, it'll be difficult. Eat healthy and exercise.
