  • Im on day 17 and loving it! Im doing other exercise as well so im toning up definetly! Its not as hard as it seems and only takes up about 5 mins of the day. I do mine in sets! No more then 5 sets so keep increasing the squats per sets as there are more to do! Give it a go :-)

  • I would definetly be interested in hearing if anyone has any DVD reccomendations. I recently brought '10 minutes Solutions - Perfect pilates body' this has a 10 mins session on stretching a flexibility but i did not find this was enough. There are so many DVD's out there but never know which one to buy. Thanks :-)

I also feel like i am building up good muscle but not seeing my body change as much as i would like as i need to lose some fat aswell. Are people doing cardio aswell as pole or just to rely on pole dancing to lose…
  • My Goal for 2013 is to be able to do the extended butterfly. Only been doing pole for 4 months so not sure if this is a little far fetched but im going to try and work at it and by the end of 2013 i will holpfully be able to say i nailed it :happy:
  • I started pole dancing about 2 months ago and i had real trouble doing the chair move! I just couldnt seem to hold myself with one arm. On Thursday i managed to do it perfectly and i was so proud of myself. Just shows that you need to keep trying and dont give up :-) Getting stronger and loving it!!
