Whenever you want to stop something its never good to go cold turkey, so I suggest to bring down the consumption, for example if you have 5 drinks then knock it to three and drink water the rest of the time. I think you should talk to your doctor and research. However, I feel like you should try to lose weight without it, because your're surgery will go to waste if you don't eat right or exercise. Have you considered joining a weight lost clinic first?

So far insanity is giving me great results, but it is an insane workout! A lot of the Beach Body programs are good, I don't think you could go wrong with any of them.

I'm doing insanity now heading into week 2. WW is just like this site, so I would just do this site to save money and do insanity. I already see changes in my body my arms and legs are tighten up. Insanity and hard but it is not for nothing. I have tried WW and it works to put didn't stick with it.

My friends on here have told me that I don't have to eat my exercise calories and that I don't need to if i'm trying to lose weight. The goal is to eat less and exercise more. Start with simply walking for 30 to 40mins a day, and drinking plenty of water. As far as food goes use this site to help you track your calories and get support. As you fall into this routine add in more cardio, resistance training,etc.

I have gone over but not by a lot. I just record it because I want to be honest with myself. Lord wiling their is always tomorrow not to go over you calorie intake.I like tracking what I eat because you need to learn not to go over.

I have the same issue (Binge Eater) and I have overcame it somewhat. I try to plan my meals, I eat slower, and drink water before meals. I'll be happy to support you in this journey i'll add you.
