  • Oh, right now I am trying to reach 110 lbs from 101 so I can go back to karate, so my calorie goal is 1860/day. The first week of tracking showed that I was getting an average of 500 calories/day.

  • Actually, bananas and nuts are some of the foods that I am using to gain weight without having to eat much, so I'm surprised that these are recommended to lose weight, although they are great nutrient supplements.
