i wil have a guess and say that if 100g potato WITH skin is 100 calories..and 100g potato WITHOUT SKIN is 120 calories....it's because the potato flesh has more calories than potato skin..so the one without skin is100G of pure flesh and the one WITH skin might be only 95g , and 5g skin. :smile: great.. i would love some exercises that I can do subtely at work in particular for stomach and top of legs. I thought maybe just a rep I can do at my desk or even when I go to the toilet.. just an 2-3 min thing that doesn't need any equipment but can work those muscles. Thanks :)
