  • I am 5'5" and I fluctuate between 117-120 pounds right now. I set my "goal" at 115 because I was 113 pounds through most of my 20's and felt good at that weight (and I have a small frame). Now that I am under 120 pounds, I feel pretty good where I am, though, so I am no longer trying very hard to lose that last 5 pounds…
  • I generally eat 1200 to 1800 calories a day, depending on how much I exercise. Most days, I end up eating about 1600 calories and doing an hour of cardio exercise (burning roughly 600 calories, I'm guessing).
