I started a boxercise class and lost an inch off my arms in a month (1 x 50 minute class per week). It works all the different muscles in your arm and for such a small amount of time the results are amazing! Don't forget to update us on your progress :smile:

Hello :) I'm Marika and i'm 28 from Middlesbrough, North-East England. I bought the 30DS about a year ago and i've never made it past the first week but I'm determind this time to finish! It's happened to me too! Nothing is more unnerving than having someone you vaguely know start to rub your tummy, i mean seriously, personal space lady! lol. Thankfully my colleague's maternity leave kicked in and the comments stopped but it's soooo embarassing. The only downside is that now i've lost weight i no longer get…

I use them in place of meat - they're amazing in a curry and soak up lots of flavour. Peel and dice the sweet potato into small 1cm chunks. Make your sauce as usual (or open a jar) and throw them in. I like it cold and filtered at work but at home i just can't drink the tap water so i add a very small amout of SF cordial. Or hot water with a slice of lime is lovely.
