I would personally go for the seafood or chicken as it's a good source of protein and they have plenty of veggies served with them. Have fun!

Ah you American's - we don't have Thanksgiving in England so it took me a while lol I'm in! By 23rd November i will lose 3lbs - not a huge target but it will take me to the 14 stone category! Good luck everyone - you can do it:bigsmile:

I love carbs and definitely need to eat more vegetables so i'll nick Deathwithab's idea and make lasagne but without pasta - I'll replace the lasagne with slices of roasted butternut squash and sweet potato and make a yummy tomato sauce - i'll let you know how i get on!

Nileighttig as of 28th November 11 my weight is 213 lbs and my Xmas goal in 56 days (8 weeks) is to be 206lbs. We CAN do this!!!

I've had a little look and noticed you seem to be eating the same things almost every day. I would suggest mixing it up a little. What about a homemade burger using herbs and lean beef?
