Not black and a little ill-fitting as I decided the night before the event that I needed to make a new dress and didn't have the time to fit it properly... The other pics of me in dresses are all ethnic ones. If there are enough requests maybe those will pop up too...

I like Lenny's Option A but no broth or cornstarch and made with mushrooms (white button & portobella) instead of or in addition to the meat. Gnocchi is delicious! If I remember when I get home I will post my recipe for spinach gnocchi.

Option A is for Pörkölt not Gulyás and yes they are similar, but there is a difference. I think it is the pörkölt that gives people the idea that it is a noodle dish as that one is served over noodles (or rice and sometimes poratoes) while gulyás is a soup and with a few extra ingredients not included in pörkölt like…

Spinach has more protein per ounce than red meat. There are plenty of other vegetables that are high in protein. Feel free to take a look at my diary for some options as I am a vegetarian myself. Good luck!

I think resistance bands are a good place to start as they are affordable and very versatile. Some bands come with basic workout DVD's. Hope this helps. Good luck!

My go to beer when I don't want to consume a ton is Guinness. One pint has 198 calories, but it fills you up so you only drink one or two. Plus I like to savor it so sometimes it takes me a while to drink.
