I'm in the same boat. I had twins 5 months ago and I gained a lot of weight. I joined a gym this week and a weight loss class starting Tuesday!

I have been sick for a week, haven't been able to breath and I'm so tired that I haven't exercised. I can't wait until I feel better. I've eaten over my calories for the past week, I need to get back on track, but have no motivation. I hope by just being sick, my body burns more calories :laugh:

Today I burnt 1450 calories doing 30 minutes on the elipitical and 60 minutes at Tae Kwon Do

good for you...I've herd it takes 28 days to make something a habit...so keep it up!!! I wonder you said you exercise 2-3 times a day..maybe cut it down to one session for a little longer period of time
