Hey everyone, Just thought i'd chime in here. I'm 33 and starting the year with a goal to lose 30 lbs. I slowed down the trips to the gym around June after losing half of my goal (15 lbs) Now that the year is ending I'm getting back to the gym and looking to finish off that goal of 30 lbs. I'm also looking for friends on here. I started working out in February with the goal of losing 30 pounds. I lost 15 lbs and kinda stopped working out around June. Now i'm starting again and want to lose the other 15 lbs. and get back into a better diet and shape. This is my first time using this site also.
