I swim on Wednesdays for about 45 min. I love it. It's a great burn, helps endurance, and relieves DOMS. For me anyhow.

IF you think you are going over with the protein and it may damage other organs (liver or kidneys) but feel you need it for your training. You can also use Dandelion Root and Milk thistle. I do. 4 day split and one day of swimming.

I have five bambinos. My morning sickness was the worst with my first...he was a boy. Itvwas so bad I had to give myself injections in my legs to help with the nausea/puking.
