Swimming any good whats you're thoughts on it I'm really liking it

    Any good for what? It is good, full body cardio and even some strength, as the water provides more resistance than air.

    However, it does not count at all as resistance training for bone health.

    I like it. Swim a couple laps after a workout really cools me down!

    I swim on Wednesdays for about 45 min. I love it. It's a great burn, helps endurance, and relieves DOMS. For me anyhow.

    Swimming is really good for you. There's a poster at my gym which says 'you never see a fat dolphin' which always sticks in my head!

    I like to swim. Much more fun than doing other forms of cardio

    Not true...On long bike rides 40+ Miles you can pee on your bike cause no one is usually around. gotta practice for the IronMan anyway. you arent a real Triathlete if you havent peed on your bike
