I also wont use the leg machine where you stand and can do kickbacks and all sorts of excercises just ecause it looks confusing. I am also pretty sure the jacobs ladder would be on my list.. though i really want to try it.

Its pretty normal. The weights you did were light, your body just isnt used to doing it. They will get better, I am in my sixth week of heavy lifting and I still get mild DOMS. Embrace them though... it DOES mean you worked something that isnt used to working, which cant be a bad thing! ANNNND... your not going to get…

I have a 'look 2 sizes bigger' bra I got I think from Target and I always end up taking it off because I think it makes me look fatter overall. I will have to look into the bombshell ones.

I love sushi. Most people say to go with teh Sashimi. I adore spicy tuna or spicy salmon rolls though. I of course like the deep fried ones too, I just stay away from them unless its a speial event. I also dont eat sushi unless I am mentally prepared for the sodium bloat either.

ITs normal.. I gained almost 8 pounds this month from it.. I just drink a crap ton of water and by the 3rd or 4th day after its over the weight has dropped and normally a couple pounds too.

I dont really want them back NOW because I am too small for them, but I left all my clothes when I left my first husband, and a year later his new wife was wearing them when we did the kid exchange thing. How freaking creepy is that?

I love weightlifting and swimming. I also use the stair stepper alot. So much so I had to switch to something else because I was afraid my body would get too used to it. If I tried to do the jumping jack moves with my arms while on the ellptical, I would totally biff it.

Your right. I don't care how confident a dude thinks he is. If I find him annoying or unnattractive, it may make it worse! I am sure it holds true for men too. If you dont like a girl and they are over confident... yikes.

I like mine with black pepper and I use reduced fat wheat thins as chips to use it as dip. mmmm I put it in my sweet protein shakes too. I havent been able to get into the fruit and cottage cheese though. Something with it doesnt set right with me.

I work as a Night Auditor at a hotel and we are very serious about our trip advisor reviews! Do them people! Also, if you meet a hotel employee that went above and beyond mention them by name in the review! It really does make a difference!
