Im jelous of the olympic sized pool! I go to tthe local and I like they have child watch on the cheap (2 bucks a kid for 2.5 hours), I like that they have a pool/jacuzzi, and I like that most of the Weight room staff is very friendly and willing to spot, offer advice, help with form, etc.

I have a polar t4 ( I think) and It works well for my swimming. I swim weekly sometimes twice a week depending. The only times I have ever went snooping through someones phone I have found **** I didnt want to. So now I dont. I prefer if people dont look through my phone either. It's my life, it doesnt include anyone in everything. If there is something I want to share or show I will.

I have only had the vanilla unsweetened kind and it is yummy! I drink it in my protein shakes and I eat it on my cereal as well.

Not really, just because I find it counter productive. But then again I eat tdee -25% and dont eat any cals back I eat a flat 1500-1700. I cant stand it when I dont work out though, I have to at least get some heart pumping cardio in there or I start getting really really cranky.

Off topic but where would one get into hooping? I know lots of spinners (well a handful and they spin fire) but none of them have hooper girls or anything... I would love to learn.

I make tilapia a couple times a week, I but it in a baking dish, put a little butter (or whatever you use) and season it, sometimes lemon pepper, sometimes creole. I bake it till it looks almost done the broil it for about 2 min. I use lemon juice with mine too. Easy peasy.

LOL @ back titties. My 'backfat' was more of the excess skin from losing so much making a small 'roll?' right above my hips. it was more like a crease than a roll, but still bugged the CRAP out of me.
