I do CrossFit 3x a week and LOVE it! the scale hasn't budged much in 3-4 months but my clothes (pants) fit great and everyone comments on how strong my arms look. it does seem counter intuitive, but you do need to be eating at least 1000-1200 calories/day even with a high calorie workout, if not, you can actually SLOW DOWN your metabolism bc it will conserve the calories you are consuming (it's thinking feast or famine!) based on your weight, aim for at LEAST 15-20 kcal/kg of body…
