I also have a desk job. I don't get breaks except lunch. I go for a 20 min walk at lunch and then eat at my desk. I also do squats 10 every time I go to the washroom. Sometime jumping jacks as well. I know it's weird but I get something done.

My spouse is 125 pounds. He can eat anything he wants and not gain any weight. He is a very picky eater, he doesn't eat fruit and the only veggies he eats is potatoes and corn on the cob. Day 25 - 30 squats completed. I can't believe I'm almost finished. This will be the first time I completed it after 3 attempts. Yay!

Day 17 - Rest - completed Day 18 - 20 squats completed Day 19 - 30 squats today 1/2 finished. I will be finished by the end of the day.

I did my first run on May 14th Color me Rad. It was fun. Not to much running though as there were lots of people and not much room to run. I found it pretty easy. I thought it was going to be hard. I have a 10K run in Oct. I don't think it will be as easy.

50 Prison Air Squats today. Almost didn't do it. So busy the last few days.

I keep having to switch up my rest days. Today I'm supposed to do 50 squats but I did a 5k fun run this morning plus a Lot of other stuff I did today so, I'm absolutely going to take a rest day. I will do my 50 squats tomorrow I'm sure I'll be pretty sore then as well.
