Still sick not doing much today but rest and sleep. I hope this doesn't last long.

Day 11 3 miles of walking rest day for squat challenge. I have been drinking 9 - 11 glass of water per day and not eating really junk food. Keeping in my calorie intake for the every day.

Day 2 done - 1 cheat of half a donut. Ugh someone brought in 3 large trays of donuts. I almost made it but at the very end of the day there was still some left so I had half of one. Ate small meals today so less than 1200 calories today. 25 squats in my squat challenge. 30 min of walking dogs. No time for an extra workout…
