Hi, I'm quite new to all this too. Lost some weight (about 70lbs), put some on (about 30)and lost 20lbs since starting to exercise as well. Loving the exercise.

From my own experience last week I lost half a pound and weight loss generally slowed right down. Circuits x2, body pump x2, ab class, core class, and a couple of hours in the gym. Same this week but ate some of the exercise calories but not all and loss was 2 lbs. increase with good stuff like nuts, seeds or avocado

Hi, I'll be 45 in August and just started with the app 6 days ago although been exercising since last year. I lost 70lbs 5 years ago but 30 crept back on. Since exercising I have lost about 15 and have about 30 to go. Would love to join this group but like so many others not sure what to do. Help! :blushing:
