I REALLY don't understand why my pictures aren't showing up. I used photobucket and inserted the link code and everything. Can someone help me figure this out so I can edit this with the pictures??? Thanks!

I use my HRM now to count my calories burned which is a big difference but before i got that, i was using the circuit training category per what someone told me on this site and it was pretty accurate. But the aerobics category would work too. Good luck!

Listen, hang in there! I get to that point every other week or so and almost give up but that's when you have to push through even harder! You are worth it! You can do it! I promise, you will start seeing results if you keep up the healthy eating and working out and staying under your calorie goal MFP has set for you. You…

I bought a Timex T5G971 Unisex Sports personal Heart Rate Monitor Watch on amazon.com about a month or so ago and I absolutely love it. It was only $45. It was rated #1 in Consumer Reports. Below is a 5 star review on it from Google products in case there's anyone out there that wants a rating on a different brand other…

you CAN DO IT girl! just force it. you know you have it in you! so just get back on that horse and go for it. make yourself. as hard as it is sometimes, you just have to force it. i'm doing that right now...once i get going, it's not that bad. it's just getting yourself to that treadmill or whatever it is you workout on…

I actually plan on starting this up as soon as I'm done with Jillian's 30-Day Shred routine. I'm about halfway done so will be starting Insanity Fit Test soon. Yeah, i watched most of it and it looks crazy intense. I'll probably feel like i'm going to vomit too when i'm done but i know it will show results. How can it not,…

Yes, this is how you're officially supposed to do it. I, however, couldn't stand to watch the same thing or hear the same stuff for 10 days straight so i'm doing it a little differently. I'm doing 5 days at level 1, 5 at level 2 and 5 at level 3 and then starting back to 1 until all finished. i know that might be a bit…

can you please just tell me the trick to posting picks on here. i have no clue. Thanks and congrats on your success!!!

i'm experiencing just the opposite. My HRM is showing double burned versus the gym machines AND this site. I've got it programmed correctly and wear a chest strap. how can it be wrong? i hope it's not!
-
how do you post your pictures in the body of the message like that? i can't figure it out. hhhmmm...i'm assuming some kind of special code? thanks!

AMEN!!!

i just recently got a HRM and according to it, i burned 430 calories on one session of Level 2. It does go up or down depending on how hard I do the exercise that day, etc. I'm 5'6" and about 162 and my weight is plugged into my HRM so I'm assuming it's accurate. i have noticed so far that I burn more than I thought I was…

i just got mine but it seems to work great so far. mine came with a chest strap and after i put in my weight and other stats, i just push the on button when i start my workout and it starts tracking. i hit the recall on mine after my workout and it gives me all my stats, including the calories burned. pretty neat. i would…

Good for you! You look awesome!

It WILL work. Just give it time and I agree with most of the other posters, your diet plays a major role in this and sounds like you're fully aware of this. Just keep drinking your water and cutting back on fast foods and you'll start to see the SHRED! I don't have a lot of room to talk as I've only completed Level 1, Day…

I personally LOVE appetite suppressants but I've received negative feedback on here about them. Although I do completely appreciate the feedback I got and it was right for my situation, If they are prescribed by your doctor, I would trust it more than if you just bought them OTC. I haven't taken the prescription kind but…

This is what I do too! I count my green tea as 1 cup water on top of normal water intake but don't count my coffee as such. I wondered about this too.
