  • I have been using C4 for a few months on and off during my journey. I have to workout after working all day so it helps give that little boost to get in the gym and stay focused. My favorite is the strawberry margarita flavor :) Do what feels right to you.
  • Congrats! You look awesome and are such an inspiration! Currently, I myself am trying hard to get down to 125 and as of today I am now at 164 from my heaviest 205 back in 2011. Reading stories like yours keeps me motivated on hard days and so thank you so much for sharing this :)
  • I am learning to stay away from most cereal, I know that may be hard to do! However, if you are trying to cut back on sugar go for something like plain oat meal or even the lower sugar ones.
