I've been drinking plenty of plain water, but I do enjoy mixing it up with sparkling water. Found one I really like by Dasani, it has a very slight but yummy berry flavor. No calories or sugar.

Hey everyone, So, as someone earlier mentioned, for those of us that are typically not hungry until later in the day, this way of eating normally works for me. The caveat to that being, I MUST have my coffee in the morning, and I absolutely can not drink it black. Does anyone have this issue? Thanks!

Im 5' 1.5" currently at 168ish, and wear a tight 10, snug to loose 12 depending on brand/style, and an almost too loose 14. Started at 197 in a tight 14/16. I'd like to be in the 4/6/8 size range and around 125-130.
