I heard you have to do the exercise programs that it gives you in order to see results. You cant just go shaking it around the house. Certain motions work certain things. And what does Target have to do with buying the product? I love Target :)

You can get it through walmart and I heard it's very good. I never heard of the dog thing considering I only have a cat.
