when I read the title I took it the wrong way lol.. I hear you on the running part, same is happening with me, one day i can run on my eliptical for 30 mins, other days im on for 5 mins and i feel like im gonna fall off. There is an app out there that people use called c25k. dont know if it will help but worth a look at :D

from my understanding. people that are new to exercising are able to build muscle on a caloric deficit. However if you have been activly lifting, then you would have to be at a caloric surplus to get results. again im gonna say that is my undertstanding. feel free to correct me if ive mistaken my information

omg! that sounded like me today. I havent done leg work in awhile, so I decided to do some today. Leg squats, Lunges, etc etc when i was done i wanted to take a shower but couldnt lift my legs over the bathtub :( anyways id say give ur legs a bit of a rest!
