  • I agree preservatives and dyes Etc in our diets are making us sick and bloated.

  • Well it could be alot of things. You may just be overweight to the point that you're uncomfortable. You may have a medical condition. You may be eating too much salt. I would say go to the doctors and get a full physical. If nothing shows up just eat smaller meals and snacks for awhile.

  • i make my own, but I use a little vegetable oil to pop it. I put 1 tablespoon of the 50/50 butter on it and salt. It is definately worth it to me to have 2 cups of that and count it all. then just plain air popped. Everybody has different tastes and this is one of my splurges.
