Whole fat foods.
Ok, so I am trying something new. I do not eat low fat foods anymore. I still count my fat and calories as well as my cholesterol and sugar intake. spaghetti
OK everytime I eat spaghetti I gain a few ounces. I try to be honest about logging the portion size and calories. I eat whole wheat noodles, and use 96% lean ground beef. I have been losing every day except the days I eat spaghetti. I feel like it takes me42 days just to lose the weight I gain from one meal.

I just did my BMI. I was in the obese category and now I'm just overweight! Yay me!
