If your workouts are not consistent week to week : Use MFP settings. If your workouts are pretty much the same week to week / day to day then use the TDEE Sounds like your workouts can really vary so I would go with MFP settings for now

I am 5'5 - started at 218 and have done the activate full force using a heart rate monitor. I looked back to that time frame and my burn was between 280 and 360 with activate. ~ Exhilerate I would burn between 400 and 500.

You have the negative calorie enabled on MFP - you can fix this in the settings. I have noticed regardless that MFP and Fitbit always give me different calorie goals. I stick with MFP.
