What makes you think you have it?

You def need to eat more! For a few reasons one being to fuel your body for your activity but also you need "somewhere to go" when you drop a lot of weight. I was 212, 5.5 tall and eating 1500-1700 per day ( varied but averaged ) - working out 5-6 days per week and losing between 1.5 - 3 lbs per week depending on the week.…

LOL I had Bark box and pet treater before for my pooch ;)

Hi, I personally have not however it seemed to of gone down quite a bit but I also lost a ton of weight. I still eat bread however my carbs are much lower and almost equal to protein intake. I eat broccoli and cauli way more than any human should lol. I also partake in more strength training than I used to. I am not sure…

Oh goodness no, I would really give up early lol I need to follow something / someone. I have so many DVD's it is ridiculous! I have You tube stuff saved ( hasfit, popsugar etc. ) I have plenty of ideas of what I need to do - but I always need to follow someone so I know I am doing it right. I have seen stronglift…

Love this idea, Thank you! - an actual number vs percentage would make life so much easier!

Thank you for your reply :) I am afraid of i switch to add it in now - I will stop all together. I really dislike the strength part lol It just bores me to death sadly. So I am going to slowly add it in :)

Naproxen sodium, aka Aleve, causes water retention. When I had to take it for my knee I gained 1 lb a day for five days.[/quote] Oh wonderful!!! :/ Thank you!! Glad I alternate..it could be worse

Hi there , I have tried 3 of those lol, the boot ( two of those ), massage - both the bumpy ball and bought a pricey heated bumpy thing..7 different inserts ( one I use still as I found it to have the most relief help ) and 3 pairs of New balance at $135+ each... and daily stretching which I think was making it worse so I…

Oh I am sure I can get creative. I was just trying to not irritate anything because I am one of those who has to go all out or not at all unfortunately. I do not seem to know how to go slow lol After seeing my spreadsheet with steps included, I know now I MUST do something. I can do the bike and in fact in March when the…

Yes IB800 or naprosin (sp ?) almost daily ( not both daily lol but I alternate each day a different kind to keep the swelling down ) Just an FYI I added a tab on my sheet - and all though my basic calorie burn over the weeks has not altered much...the steps per day has!! I went from hitting almost 10,000 or over steps per…

Hi and thank you for your reply. What I meant by monitoring and knowing that is not the issue is the fact I have all the details in a spreadsheet - my average weekly intake has not changed over the course. I have lost and gained regardless of the average of sodium :) I agree on the metabolism vs smoking..hence why I did…

Using a polar heart rate monitor, the calculations on the treadmill come close but are off a little for me. They are closer when I actually input all info ( age, weight etc ) and it can read my heart rate however most of the time just general calculations they are off as you said by about 10%

I am a Fitbit fanatic, however I do not use the wrist ones. ( Husband does however and likes his) I prefer the zip or the one ( they do not sell this on their site however it still syncs)..I prefer these two as I do not feel a wrist one is accurate if you are interested in your daily steps. Total personal opinion as I have…

LOL Thank you DX2JX2  I try! He grazes when he is bored ( in the truck all day, relaxing at night etc.) He has gotten better over time but not nearly as active as I would like him to be. I would give him a healthy snack...10 minutes after he was done he would be in the cabinet for something. In the truck all day if…

Sunnybrooke...you are amazing thank you!!! You gave me a bunch of new ideas ;)

Thank you Toxikon. I think the complexity of it is why I never actually tried it before. My mind is calorie count trained so the high calories concerned me too. Simple works - I was living proof lol I just like to change things up a bit when I can not get out of my own way. I do not want fad diets, just something different…
