Anyone subscribe to monthly boxes fitness / diet related? .
I have Jacked pack right now, just got first box last week. And I have used Bulu, fab fit fun ( name is deceiving as the majority is make up, skin / jewelry accessory type stuff ) and miss muscle box.
Waiting for second jacked before I decide on whether to keep or not just to try different protein powders. They seem to like pre-workout shakes just as much which I am not a fan of. I tend not to consume anything before a workout to avoid feeling ill.
Muscle box looked good online, but was not at all what I am looking for. Bulu pushes alot of unnecessary supplements ( burns etc )
So I am writing to see if any of you subscribe to a monthly box and if so what box - and what keeps you hooked on them??
TIA,
Michelle ~

Amazon was promoting subscription boxes last winter and again for Prime day. None I saw seemed to be a good value for the cost, despite being discounted, so I didn't get any.1

We have a service here in Australia (not sure if it's a global thing?) called "Lite n Easy'. Fully prepared meals and snacks every day delivered once a week.
All food comes in labelled backs (Day 1 Breakfast, Day 1 Lunch, Day 1 Snack, etc) in amounts that meet the requested calorie goal (1500 cal plan, 1800 cal plan, etc). I did it for a while not so much to lose weight but for convenience and while using it I did indeed drop quite a lot of weight.
BUT (there's always a but) that's not the whole story.
See once I stopped ordering my meals through them I stacked the weight back on as quickly as it came off. Using the service I didn't learn anything about how to correctly manage my calorie intake (all the thinking was being done for me) so when I stopped paying them, I stopped getting the benefits.
It was a temporary fix at best even if the food was very good.5 -
