Oh yeah, it's a nightmare. Our "town" has a population nearing 130k people and ONE decent grocery store so it's ALWAYS packed. :s As for the selections they offer? No problems there.

Meh... I wouldn't say angry, but I don't like "having" to do it. I know I don't have to have to, but it's so easy to go over. So I do it. It made me MORE angry that I put back on the weight I had lost prior so even though I've lost it again... I just keep doing it.

I've had this happen a few times while doing cardio. Nothing emotional going on in my head, but tears just streaming down my face. I attributed it to emotional baggage stored in my fat being released.

This was the hardest thing for me to get over before I started counting calories. Eventually you realize you CAN have the chocolate and work it into your day. It's very liberating. ^^^This helps!! This. I love carbs and candy, etc too and lost 35lbs through portion control while still eating the same stuff I used to, just less of it. Cutting out foods you love could lead to binging later. That said, yeah, it's a good idea to throw the odd vegetable in there from time to time. ;)

1510 on lazy days, up to 2100 with exercise. Lost 35lbs. I like to eat.

omg Everybody's so fancy. lol I don't drink often, but when I do I grab a few Bud Light 'Ritas. Strawberry or mango preferably. The apple one was so gross....

If it would help you can change the meal names in your diary. Go to Settings>Diary Settings. Maybe Meal 1, Meal 2, etc would help?

I tend to grab Milk Duds. They're chewy so they take longer to eat (extending the chocolaty satisfaction) and have a pretty decent calories per piece ratio. Little over 10cals/piece. I was walking and talking to this guy and he put his hand on my hip and I could feel it; like pretty heavily. *stretches* I kind of expected this thread to die last night. lol Guess who's having pizza tonight? :D Hubby's been craving it for weeks and finally my mom is gonna be gone for dinner (she has medical dietary restrictions) so we're having PIZZA!! I'm thinking pepperoni, sausage, bacon and extra cheese on my half.

Yes! I've thought about scaling back, but... I'm not ready yet. ;) Thankfully I have a couple of friends that get it and... it doesn't help that they live vicariously through my polish pics on fb. lol

This fatass lost 35lbs and hit my goal weight while eating pizza, burgers, fries, whatever I want. That aside, people have made several suggestions to make your own healthier version pizzas at home. Pizza is not the enemy and name-calling is not called for.

Just get yourself back on track and keep at it. You're still down a whole pound and that's great! It can be frustrating, but if you just keep with it it does work. Maybe next time make a half-recipe of the Chicken tetrazzinni. ;)

If you lost 10lbs last week and gained 9lbs then there's a good chance that initial loss was water weight. It'll go away again.

Depends on the face. Some guys look good with facial hair (like my dad) others don't (like my hubby). Know your face and grow accordingly. lol

Fortunately I don't have much planned so I'm going to just enjoy myself and log as best I can. Do a little extra cardio if I feel bloated and pick back up from wherever I end up at the beginning of next year.

Hubby's b-day is 10/18, thirteen days later is our anniversary/Halloween/our favoritest holiday ever, thirteen days later is my birthday. He loves telling people that. lol

Quiet neighborhood and in my price range? You bet. I'd smudge and cleanse it thoroughly before moving in, but yeah. Especially if you're in a "have to move asap" situation. I mean, you can keep looking but you may have to resign yourself to it anyway... Unless there's a history of violence (which you said there wasn't)…

Are you logging everything you eat? Do you do cardio to burn more calories? That's what I do and I keep going because it's been working. Feel free to add me if you want. It doesn't all have to be salads and harsh workouts. :)
