thanks also for the encouragement!!! I have been doing zumba, boot camp, + just started yoga, too. but yes, my scale + the MFP weight loss weekly goals aren't quite in sync. I won't give up but I must find the source! I am also looking into my medications - that can also affect weight loss.

Hello everyone - try Zumba!!! I started in November and lost 4 inches from hips and 2 from waist:) I haven't been able to lose that much from waist in other forms of exercise.....

I have had that + what state do you live in? I would see a good Podiatrist, who is also a Board Certified Surgeon. There are various types of this problem. he/she can determine which type + go from there. At the very least they should fit you with custom orthotics and go from there.

maybe you can buy what you like with skinny cow or weight watcher brands? skinny is the bomb!

hey girl maybe try some fitness dvd's or at the gym try group classes. I have been doing zumba for 3 months + started losing inches in my hips without really dieting, the trick is to find what you like + maybe bring a friend too! The more fun you have , the more you will want to go.:)
